Subtropical Storm Nicole has prompted hurricane, tropical storm and storm surge watches as a prolonged period of coastal flooding, beach erosion, strong winds, high surf, rip currents, and heavy rain is expected in Florida and parts of the Southeast this week.

We will continue to monitor Subtropical Storm Nicole as she will become a Tropical Storm in the next day or two.

All storm preparations have commenced for our communities in anticipation of heavy rain and wind. Please note this will include the opening of gates and the removal of gate arms as we near the impact of the effects of the storm.
