The Community Improvement and Accreditation Committee of Century Village East has awarded Oakridge U Condominium Association the CIAC Accreditation. This indicates that Oakridge U Condominium Association is in compliance with CVE Community Standards, Florida Statutes, and its own governing documents. The building is considered to be meeting the highest standards within the Century Village Community and property values should garner improved pricing and value due to the building being run so efficiently.
At the January 17, 2025 Annual Meeting and Election, the members of the Oakridge U Condominium Association Board of Directors presented the Accreditation Certificate to the members and are from left to right standing Larry Norris, 1st VP; Theodore "Ted" Saks, Director; Eugene "Gene" Gilsenan, President; Michael McCraw, Director; Gerald "Jerry" Engorn, Director; sitting Phyllis Nass, 2nd VP/Sec; and Marieanne Simari, Treasurer. Community Association Manager Bonita Vandall from The Wright Community Management, LLC was also present.
